Responsible for shop sales and profit.
Analyses sales and KPI’s in order to maximize the shop performance.
Conduct morning briefings and debrief, to set daily goal and share knowledge, market intelligence with team members to help building high-performance team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence service
Ensure all shop routine activities are executed according to company standard (inventories, schedule, reports, etc.)
Set as a role model by lead by example.
Manage, motivate, educate and training staff to accomplish goal, follow company policies and procedures.
Work with Area Sales Manager to identify and develop select potential staff for growth along the Career Ladder.
